Tiffany Graham, MA, LCMHC, LPC, LCASA, LCFE

Mrs. Graham is a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional with extensive experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through complex emotional, behavioral, and substance use challenges. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), as well as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCASA) and Local Certified Forensic Evaluator (LCFE). Mrs. Graham holds licensure in both North Carolina and South Carolina, allowing her to provide clinical and forensic services across multiple jurisdictions. Mrs. Graham is the Founder and Owner of Creative Opportunities for Personal Empowerment (COPE), LLC, a behavioral health organization committed to providing comprehensive mental health and supportive services to individuals facing behavioral health, substance use, and life stability challenges. Through COPE, she works to expand access to quality care, foster recovery, and empower individuals to achieve meaningful and sustainable change in their lives. With a strong background in trauma-informed care, Mrs. Graham specializes in working with individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, complex trauma, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges. She is particularly skilled in supporting individuals navigating the intersection of mental health treatment, addiction recovery, and involvement with legal or court systems.

Mrs. Graham earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fayetteville State University and her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Her clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based interventions. In addition to providing clinical services, Mrs. Graham serves in leadership roles within the behavioral health field where she oversees clinical programming, supervises behavioral health professionals, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for vulnerable populations. As a Local Certified Forensic Evaluator, she conducts court-related evaluations and provides expert insight related to mental health and substance use within legal contexts. Mrs. Graham is deeply committed to empowering individuals to overcome adversity, build resilience, and achieve long-term recovery and stability. Her work reflects a strong passion for advocacy, ethical clinical practice, and expanding access to quality mental health services within underserved communities.
